Welcome to our family farm in the Laurel Highlands of southwestern Pennsylvania!
We are a first-generation farm raising pasture-based cattle with care for our animals, our land, and our community. Through rotational grazing, home-grown feeds, and thoughtful finishing, we produce flavorful, healthy beef you can feel good about feeding your family.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is rooted in simple, responsible practices that prioritize animal welfare, land stewardship, and meat quality. We use rotational grazing, high-quality home-grown feeds, and avoid using antibiotics in our cattle and pesticides on our land. These choices contribute to beef that is both exceptionally flavorful and naturally healthy.
During the warm months, our cattle are rotationally grazed to ensure constant access to fresh grass and diverse forage. In the winter, they are fed hay produced right here on our farm, allowing us full control over feed quality year-round. Our cattle remain on pasture for their entire lives and receive a small daily ration of grain and minerals to support balanced growth and promote natural marbling.
This approach produces beef with better marbling than strictly grass-finished beef, while maintaining the nutrient profile of grass-fed animals. We don’t perform a conventional grain finish where cattle are fed a primarily corn-based diet during the final months; in our view, this tends to lead to the overly fatty characteristics associated with store-bought beef. The result is beef that strikes the ideal balance of tenderness, flavor, and marbling—raised with care from start to finish.
